Our absolute guarantee can be obtained in the frame of a detailed, individual or simplified assessment procedure.

In the case of relatively low amount, standardized loans/bank guarantees, where majority of the risks can be anticipated in advance, it is possible to use the absolute guarantee offered by Garantiqa Creditguarantee Co. Ltd. in the frame of cooperation agreements, which is elaborated jointly by Garantiqa and the loan institution. Such loan products are the agricultural production loans, mortgage loans and card-type loans.

In the frame of cooperation agreements Garantiqa undertakes absolute guarantee by applying a simplified procedure.

Judgement deadline: 1 working business day.

Absolute guarantee related to the non-standardized loan/bank guarantee transactions of the loan institutions, lease- and factoring contracts and to European Union tenders shall be requested based on an individual application.

In this case Garantiqa Creditguarantee Co. Ltd. undertakes absolute guarantee in the frame of a standard procedure, subject to individual judgement.

Judgement deadline: maximum of 15 working business days.

The requests related to loan, bank guarantee, lease- and factoring contracts the institution providing the funds shall be submitted to Garantiqa, the beneficiary enterprise has no tasks during the procedure of obtaining the absolute guarantee.

If a guarantee is required for European Union tenders, the absolute guarantee request shall be submitted by the tendering enterprise.
