Changing rules regarding the surety guarantees to investment finance

Hereby we inform our Partners that the Act on the 2011 central budget has brought a fundamental change in the conditions of the state counter-guarantee to the surety guarantees of our company. In order to relieve the budget and to facilitate the more efficient exploitation of EU funds there will be no state counter-guarantee behind our surety guarantees to the investment loans of SMEs as from the 1st of April, 2011.
